David Crouch, MBA, MSITS, PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL Expert, founder of Crouch Consulting of Baltimore, is a seasoned information technology leader, consultant, nonprofit visionary, and professor.
Mr. Crouch works at Johns Hopkins Institutions as part of the leadership team for the Information Technology Solutions Center and manages a portfolio of projects. Recent endeavors include implementing IT project portfolio management and setting the foundation for a project management office, creating a catalogue of customer-facing IT services, and introducing agile project management techniques for software development projects.
Outside of information technology, many refer to Mr. Crouch as “Dr. Dogood” in nonprofit circles. He specializes in nonprofit start-ups, social entrepreneurship, strategic planning, project management and board development. Additionally, he serves as president, board member or in advisory roles for multiple nonprofit organizations.
Mr. Crouch is adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the Johns Hopkins University. He is a certified project management professional and agile certified practitioner. He also holds the ITIL expert level certification.
