This session will cover how to deliver ITSM service outcomes in the Service Design and Service Operations with an Agile, Lean and DevOps focus.  We’ll look at how to implement end state key service indicators (KSI) to drive new opportunities.  One of the great myths is that by implementing best practices you are destined to increase performance.  We will look at a roadmap that includes implementation of multiple best practices with both the soft stuff and hard stuff in mind.  Are you ready to embark on a journey, we will look at an assessment on where you are and where you want to be.  At the end of the session, you’ll have a map showing steps you could take to achieve the milestones and metrics for the end state you’ve set.
